Keep the Crew Building
Our construction debris removal in Lakeland gets drywall offcuts, lumber, shingles, packaging and scrap out of the way, so your crew spends the day building. We load it, haul it away and can clean up behind, so the space is ready for the final inspection.
What We Haul
We take the materials renovation and building work produces.
- Wood, lumber and framing offcuts.
- Drywall and sheet goods.
- Shingles and roofing debris, covered in more detail under roofing debris removal.
- Scrap metal.
- Cabinets, fixtures and flooring pulled out during a remodel.
- General job-site trash and packaging.
We do not handle hazardous materials. Check what junk removal takes or call us with your list.
How a Debris Job Runs
- Call or text with the site address, the type of material and how much there is.
- We quote the haul for free. If the job is large, we may suggest a roll-off instead of loading by hand.
- We schedule the work around your site. Same-day and next-day service depend on availability.
- The crew loads the debris and hauls it off.
- For the final detail, add post-construction cleaning from the same team.
Dumpster or Hauling Crew
Some jobs call for a dumpster on site for the whole project. Others need one clean haul at the end. Our dumpster rental page covers roll-offs, and the crew can load for you when speed matters more than a rented container. Our guide on junk removal versus dumpster rental helps you choose.
What Shapes the Price
Volume and material type drive the quote. Heavy loads such as masonry-style debris cost more to dispose of than light drywall, and Polk County sets disposal fees per ton by material type, with a separate rate for construction debris. Access matters too, including stairs, distance from the door to the truck and how tightly the debris is stacked. The quote is free and comes before we start. The junk removal cost guide has the details.
Hand the Debris to Us and Keep Building
The City of Lakeland says that if repairs need a city permit or a contractor was hired, the debris must be removed by the homeowner or contractor. Its Solid Waste Management Division does not pick up large amounts of construction and demolition debris, only small amounts of building debris from a homeowner’s upkeep. In unincorporated Polk County, construction debris is not collected at the curb either.
So who hauls it? The homeowner or the contractor. We are the crew that does it for them. Permit questions go to the right office: Lakeland sends residents to its Building Inspection Office, and Polk County’s Building Division has an office in Bartow. A permit or review may be required for your project, so confirm with them.
Who We Work For
Contractors get remodel and build debris hauled. Roofers get tear-off loads handled. Homeowners with a weekend project that grew get one call for the haul, and property managers renovating a unit between tenants get the same. We work in Lakeland and across Polk County, including Bartow, Winter Haven and Haines City.
One Call for the Haul and the Cleanup
Tell us which trade is next and when your inspector or client arrives, so we can plan around the date. For remodels that run for weeks, a dumpster on site can hold debris as it builds up, with our crew loading it when the pile is large. When the debris is gone, the same team can follow with the final clean.
Mixed Materials
A single remodel can produce wood, drywall, flooring, old cabinets and trash all at once. Tell us what is in the pile when you call and we will quote it as one job. We do not handle hazardous materials, so tell us about any you suspect are on site.
Call or text (863) 583-2354 and we will take the debris off your hands.
