One Crew to Bag It, Load It and Haul It
Our trash clean outs in Lakeland cover rentals, houses, garages and job sites. We bag what needs bagging, load everything and haul it away. When the space also needs a clean, the same team can do that too.
What We Remove
Trash clean outs can include a mix of things.
- Loose trash and bagged garbage from kitchens, bedrooms and common areas.
- Boxes, packaging and household clutter.
- Broken furniture, covered by our furniture removal service.
- Piles in garages, carports and side yards, along with yard waste.
- Debris left after a tenant moves out or a project wraps up.
For everything on the list we can take, read what junk removal takes. We do not handle hazardous materials.
Who We Work For
- Landlords and managers clearing a unit, together with an eviction or foreclosure cleanout when needed.
- Families helping a relative whose home has built up over time, which we handle privately through hoarding clean outs.
- Homeowners who want the garage back.
- Contractors who need a job site cleared before the next trade arrives.
How the Job Runs
- Send the address and a quick description by call or text.
- We give you a free quote based on how much there is, with no obligation.
- We schedule the job. Quick turnarounds are possible depending on availability.
- The crew bags, carries and loads everything on site, then hauls it off.
- If the space needs a wash-down or full clean afterward, our deep cleaning team can finish the job.
What Shapes the Price
How much trash there is sets most of the price, and the rest depends on access and material. Stairs and long carries take longer than a clear driveway. Polk County charges fees per ton by material type, with separate rates for garbage, yard trash and construction debris, so the mix in the pile can matter. Our junk removal cost guide goes through it. The quote is free and comes first.
Where Regular Pickup Stops
Regular trash service is designed for what fits in your cart. When the amount is far beyond that, Polk County directs residents to a commercial hauler for non-conforming material or bulk waste. The county curbside program does not collect whole trees, stumps, land clearing debris, tires, auto parts or household hazardous waste, and in unincorporated areas it does not collect eviction or move-out cleanouts. Check with the county or city for the rules at your address. Our crew picks up where those programs end, inside the house if that is where the pile sits.
Serving Lakeland and Polk County
We work throughout Lakeland and in Winter Haven, Bartow and Plant City. For general hauling, see junk removal. For help with a whole property, see our property cleanouts.
Job Sites and Rentals
A contractor finishing a remodel can have bags, packaging and scraps hauled before the next trade arrives. A property manager turning a rental can have the unit cleared and cleaned by one crew. Tell us your timing when you call and we will plan around it.
Access and Hard-to-Reach Spots
Tell us what the access looks like when you call: attics, crawlspaces, side yards, stairs or tight doorways. A clear scope up front keeps the quote accurate and the job on schedule.
What to Set Aside
Tell us if the pile includes items you want to keep, like papers, family pictures or valuables, and mark them or move them before we start. Point out anything that might be hazardous so it can go to the right collection point. Polk County’s household hazardous waste facility takes items like paint, batteries, used oil and electronics from county residents.
Call or text (863) 583-2354 and we will get you on the schedule.
